Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Current purchases are credit packs, without monthly or yearly subscriptions or automatic renewal. Purchased credits never expire and can be used over multiple visits.
How do I create a video?
Your first photo becomes the person on the balcony. Your second becomes the person in the spotlight. A 10/15-second, 480p MP4 in 9:16 vertical. Each generation uses 20 credits. The finished MP4 includes audio. Faces and movement may vary.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits used for a confirmed failed generation are returned. A temporary status error or long wait does not establish failure. Check the latest task status before submitting again. Returned credits are distinct from a cash refund.
What photos should I use?
Use photos you have the rights and necessary permission to use. Clear subjects and even lighting help. AI cannot guarantee exact faces, gestures or movement. Review the full clip before sharing and follow your platform’s AI disclosure requirements.
Where can I view and save my video?
After successful payment, you return to a private result page where generation starts. Keep that link to check progress and download your video. How many videos can I make with 50 credits?
Each video uses 20 credits. A 50-credit pack covers 2 complete videos with 10 credits left; “approximately 2.5 videos” is a credit equivalent, not 3 complete videos. Remaining credits stay in your balance.
