How many credits does one crowd video use?
Each generation uses 20 credits for a 10/15-second, 480p vertical 9:16 MP4. The current template does not offer 720p, 1080p or a landscape option. Previewing the examples is free, but generation is paid. Treat each new submission as a separate attempt, even if you use the same photos and style. A completed output can differ from the examples in facial features, clothing, hands and movement; buying credits does not promise exact reproduction of a particular frame.
Which credit packs are available?
Guest packs cost $7.99 for 20 credits, $19.90 for 60 credits and $49.90 for 160 credits. Signed-in member packs cost $9.90 for 50 credits, $19.90 for 105 credits and $29.90 for 160 credits. All amounts are in US dollars. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal, and purchased credits do not expire. Guest purchases do not require an account; member packs require sign-in. Check the pricing page and final checkout amount before paying. Payments are available now.
How do I count complete videos?
Divide the usable credit balance by 20 and count only whole videos. A 50-credit pack funds two complete videos and leaves 10 credits. A 105-credit pack funds three and leaves three. A 160-credit pack funds eight. An advertised mathematical equivalent such as 2.5 videos is not a promise of three complete tasks. Existing credits can affect your available balance, and each new generation consumes another 20 credits. Plan for possible retries rather than treating a pack as unlimited access to one perfect result.
What happens after verified payment?
A generation checkout returns to a private result page where generation starts after payment is verified. Save the link for progress and download. An email can optionally be entered on that page for a completion link; it is not required to start the task, and delivery needs a configured email service. Signed-in users can also check My creations. A redirect alone is not proof that payment succeeded. If the page reports a payment or service problem, inspect that message and the existing order before trying to buy again.
When are credits returned?
Credits charged for a confirmed failed generation are returned. A long queue, a temporary status-check error or a disconnected browser is not by itself confirmation of failure. Refreshing the page does not cancel an accepted task. Check the existing task’s latest status before launching another one. A credit return is distinct from a cash refund, and dissatisfaction with a completed creative result does not automatically make it a failed task. Keep the task ID, error message and timing if you need support to investigate a balance question.
How do I protect access to my result?
Keep a guest’s private result link until you have downloaded the video. Do not use that retrieval link as a public social post. Save a local copy of a completed MP4 because source URLs can expire and permanent hosting is not promised. The finished MP4 includes audio. Before requesting help, check whether the problem concerns payment, generation progress or a completed download. Send support the relevant order or task ID and the visible error, without passwords, payment card details or private API credentials.
