Does my generated video include music?
Template duration: 15 seconds for Fated Gaze; 10 seconds for the other templates. The finished MP4 includes audio. Older tasks created before this update may still be silent. Check the player’s mute control and device volume before retrying a download.
Does the purchase include the original trend song?
The finished MP4 includes audio. Buying credits does not transfer ownership of the music. Check your destination platform’s music rules before publishing.
How do I check the downloaded MP4?
Play the complete file and inspect the opening balcony shot, the crowd reveal and the final spotlight glance. Confirm both people appear in their intended roles and look for changes in faces, hands or clothing. The site does not add a branded watermark, but reference footage marks may remain in generated frames. An otherwise completed video is not guaranteed to match every detail of an example. Keep the original file so later edits can be compared with what the task actually produced.
Can I crop or caption the video?
The current template outputs 9:16 portrait and has no landscape or resolution selector. Use your own editor for additional cropping, captions or audio. Preview the finished export and check whether captions cover a face or the spotlight moment. Cropping cannot reveal scene detail outside the generated frame. Avoid overwriting the only original download: save an edited copy and watch it again before uploading. A local edit is separate from a new AI task and does not change the video stored in the original task entry.
Which link should I share?
A guest result page is a private way to follow a task and retrieve its video. Keep that personal link separate from public posts. If you intend others to view the result, use the site’s share control or upload the downloaded file deliberately. Ask the other photographed person before sharing their likeness. Do not post task screenshots that reveal private retrieval URLs, email addresses or order information. Signed-in users can return through My creations; guests should retain the private result link after checkout.
What if a download or task status fails?
A temporary network error does not establish a failed generation. Reopen the existing completed task and retry the download before submitting another paid attempt. If the source file has expired, contact support with the task ID and displayed error; recovery is not guaranteed. Confirmed generation failures return the credits used for that attempt, while payment refunds are a separate matter. Source URLs are not permanent storage, so download files you want to keep promptly. Never send passwords, API keys or card details in a support request.
